Qualification

General Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate any subject. Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAlIB will be given preference
• Experience : Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public Sector/Commercial Bank with proven good track record in Asst.General Manager and above cadre with a minimum of 10 years banking experience.

Dy.General Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA/ CFA/ ICWA/ CA/ CS/CAlIB will be given preference
• Experience : Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public Sector/Commercial Bank with proven good track record in, Manager and above cadre with minimum 05 vears banking experience.

Asst.General Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate any subject. Candidates with MBA/CA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAlIB will be given preference
• Experience : Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public Sector/Commercial Bank with proven good track record in, Manager and above cadre with minimum 05 years banking experience.

Senior Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate any subject.
• Experience : Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public Sector/Commercial Bank with proven good track record in, Manager and above cadre with minimum 05 years banking experience.

Manager / Joint Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with M.TECH/MCA/MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB and knowledge of advance excel and.MS office will be aiven reference
• Experience: Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public Sector/Commercial Bank with proven good track record in Officer and above cadre with minimum 05 years banking experience. *) In service candidate is required to obtain a No-objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer in case of selected for employment. 

Dy Manager/Asst. Manager: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MCA/M.Tech and knowledge of advance excel and MS office will be given preference.
• Experience: Retired or in service person (*) from Co-operative Bank/Public ector/Commercial Bank, with proven good track record in Officer and above cadre and well versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development rendering excellent customer service with proven track record with administrative/ Professiona/l Communication Skills., Minimum 3 years experience in banking is preferred

Clerk cum Cashier: 

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (the candidate should have passed all subjects in first attempt only) and adequate knowledge of operating computers in MS Office and Internet Usage and knowledge of advance excel. He should be well versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development rendering excellent customer service and communication skills with proven track good record.

Sub-staff: 

• Candidate should be VIII Standard passed from a recognised School.
