Qualification

Professor: 

  • Essential for Medical Candidates: (i) A post graduate qualification e.g. MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) or DNB in the concerned subject from a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/allied discipline.
  • Essential for Non – Medical Candidates : Anatomy: MSc (Medical Anatomy) with PhD Medical Anatomy

Associate Professor: 

  • Essential for Medical Candidates: (i) A post graduate qualification e.g. MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) or DNB in the concerned subject from a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/allied discipline.
  • Essential for Non – Medical Candidates : (i) Anatomy: M.Sc. (Medical Anatomy) with PhD Medical Anatomy (ii) Physiology: M.Sc. (Medical Physiology) with PhD in Medical Physiology.

Assistant Professor: 

  • Educational and other qualifications required (i) A post graduate qualification e.g. MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) or DNB in the concerned subject from a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/allied discipline.
